Sam Dobson-Martin

I began my career in veterinary as a receptionist before completing my Nursing Diploma and moving into clinical practice. That path gave me a real appreciation for the full breadth of what our teams do, and it informs how I approach my role as Deputy Head Nurse today.

My particular passion is inpatient care, with a strong interest in emergency and critical care nursing. I believe the hours patients spend in our care — when their owners can't be there — are some of the most important, and I take that responsibility seriously.

Outside of work, my time is largely taken up by my four-year-old daughter Piper and our German Shepherd, Dolly.
