Lucianne Turner

I started my veterinary career here at Northwest Referrals and have grown into my current role as Head Receptionist over time. What kept me here — and what shaped the direction of my career — was the opportunity to lead a team and help clients navigate some genuinely difficult moments in their pets' lives.

That's what I find most meaningful about this work: being a steady, helpful presence for people when they need it most.

Outside of work, I'm usually in a pair of wellies — either at the yard with my horse Pagan, or out walking my Weimaraner, Rogue.
