Kimberley Jacobsen

I joined the reception and client care team in October 2021, coming from a background in customer service and retail. The transition to veterinary felt immediately right — there's a purpose here that I hadn't found anywhere else.

What I love most about the role is the people: getting to know our clients and their pets, being a reassuring presence at what can sometimes be a stressful time, and working as part of a team I genuinely enjoy.

Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, baking, and film evenings at home — usually in the company of my tortoiseshell cat Pepsi and my dog Coco, who brings a lot of energy to everything she does.
