James Weston

I've been part of Northwest Referrals since 2007, working alongside my parents as they built the practice. When they retired in 2026, I stepped into the role of Managing Director — a responsibility I take seriously and genuinely love.

My background is in business management and I hold a Certificate in Practice Management. My ambition has always been to build a veterinary service that sets the standard others measure themselves against — one where clinical excellence and a great team culture go hand in hand.

The best part of my job is working with people: the team here, our clients, and the referring vets who trust us with their most complex cases. That trust is something we earn every day.
