I came to veterinary from a background in education and animal care, and those roots shape how I approach leadership — with a focus on people, communication, and building teams that genuinely care about what they do.

As Hospital Director, I'm proud of the standard of care we deliver at Northwest Referrals and the team that makes it possible. What drives me is creating an environment where staff feel supported, clients feel heard, and patients get the best possible outcome.

At home, I have a full house: Lilly the Dachshund, Labradors Thistle and Goose, and Wednesday the Sphynx cat. Animals are as central to my life outside work as they are within it.
