Ofners and referring vets highly suspected a tumor so we performed a CT scan. Ct is great for detealed examination of the nasal cavities, conchae , nasal passages and facial bones. The process envolved all the right sided sinuses and nasal cavitiy with bone destruction and the mass protruding from an opening on the nasal bone. The prosses was massive but not to aggressive. After a biopsy was made a diagnosis of chronic fungal desies( cryptoccoccosis) was made, no tumor cellcs where evident.
